Hi All,
I have a requirement to retain data on em_event table for more number of days. Currently we have only 5 days of data on em_event table. I am unable to find this configuration in ServiceNow. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
I have already verified Administration -> Table cleanup. I don't see any entry for em_event table.
Thanks,
Varun

Nope. I have already checked it.I don't see em_event table there.
Procedure
- Navigate to System Maintenance > Table Cleanup.
- Shorten the retention period (in seconds) for records of the following tables:
- Alerts [em_alert]
- Alert History [em_alert_history]
- Impact Status [em_impact_status]

Do you have Data Archiving plugin active? It might happen as well that data is archived. If so, please have a look into the Archive rule table.
