Retired Knowledge articles in Global search

Hi,

can anyone help me, how can I make the retired knowledge articles not to be visible in Global search.

Actually service desk users are able to view retired knowledge articles by entering the number in global search.

can anyone please provide me the solution.

I have tried creating READ ACL on kb_knowledge table, but no use.

if valid to is 2017-12-11, it will show on that day as well.


Exactly and with the valid to sometimes defaulting to 2020-01-01 - retired articles will show. Not sure that's the case here tho.


Do you have the fix for the valid to issue. Any help would be appreciated


I would add a simple script that sets the valid to date to the date Workflow field changes to Retired.


Thanks for your suggestion. I tried with BR but couldn't get the correct output.Will you please help me with the script if you already have it?
