Hi all,
I have a Quebec instance at work and stood up a Quebec instance through SN.
To do some testing in some abnormalities that we've been seeing in our work instance, I did the following in my SN dev instance:
- Create an update set
- Make some changes
- Set update set to Complete/exported XML
- Re-baselined my SN dev instance (fresh out of the box)
- Retrieve update set (13k in size)
- Upload
- BLANK SCREEN
Here is the error I'm seeing in the logs:
I'm pretty sure I've done this before. My next course of action is to release the instance and stand up a new one and try importing the update set again

That worked. I released my instance and stood up a new one and it worked.

Try getting new one it seems to be instance Issue OR try with Update Source instead of Import/Export.
