Retrieved Update set not showing changes but causing collision

Hello,

 

I am working on moving over catalog items and the UI actions/UI policies etc that pertain to them.

I was able to move the ui policies but the UI actions are not shown. I tried creating another update set and adding the UI actions again but now there is collision as if the UI actions were retrieved. Any solution?

Set the disposition on the collisions to "Accept remote update" (I believe that is a choice.) Or use "Compare to local".
