Hi, I am implementing an HR On-boarding Lifecycle Event and one of the activity sets generates the Offer Letter for the employee.
This offer letter gets generated from an HTML document template and I have kept this step manual - the assignee has to click "Initiate Document Tasks" button on the case to trigger document task to the subject person to sign.
How can I provision revision(s) to the issued offer letter (issued via HTML doc template / manual document task) and resubmit it to the subject person for acceptance? I can think of the revision of variables via an interim catalog form and then merging/overwriting them to the parent case, but I am not sure of how to go back and and undo/redo the offer letter step...
I'll appreciate any leads around how to accomplish this.
