Current situation: REX type problem
- Predefined tasks are automatically created when the REX parent problem changes to "Open" status
- The "Assignment group" field of the predefined tasks is automatically filled in with the value of the "Coordinator group" field of the parent problem
Observation:
- The "Coordinator group" field of the problem is rarely filled in before the problem changes to "Open" status
==> Predefined REX tasks are generally created with the "Assignment group" field empty
Proposal for improvement:
If the coordinator group is not filled in when the REX problem changes to "Open" status
Then
Fill in the "Assignment group" field of the predefined tasks with
- the value of the "Delegated manager group" field of the parent problem if it is not not empty
Otherwise -> if empty => if empty
- The value of the "Manager group" field
