Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
Also did you check on some other table?

Hi Ankur,
Yes, I've checked. I was able to see the issue, as it was related to an issue with Xanadu
Version 1.0.4 - October 2024 Fixed: On Xanadu, the RTE component was not loading.
I have updated the plugin from 1.0.0 to 1.2.0 and it has fixed the issue

Thank you for your response, as mentioned above, the plugin for the dependency for rich text content was the issue, I completely missed that as I thought rich text editor was included in workspaces, not thinking that Security Operations has its own.
