How to enable rich text support in description. (Need support for inline images)

Hello @Adithya Khurana 

 

Go to Tables> Incident.

 

You need to change the data type of field 'description' to HTML.

I was able to change the data type earlier, but now am not able to edit.  Kindly advice

description is string field type, so it won't work.

I won't recommend changing the field type to HTML.

Who will add images? Will end user while raising incident add images?

yes, end user will add while raising incidents.

 

Could you please let me know the reason for not recommending to change the field type to HTML ?
