Rich text window not showing under "Rich Text Label" type variable in catalog item

Hello experts,

I have created a variable with type "Rich Text Label", which is appearing under "Questions" as just "Rich text", no window available for typing the text.

Any idea or input is greatly appreciated.

Hi @abrouf ,

 

You’re using a variable of type “Rich Text Label.” It only displays the label “Rich text” on the form and doesn’t provide any field for the user to type in.

 

if users need to enter text Use the “HTML” or “Multi-line Text” variable type instead. These options display an editable text area or a rich-text editor where users can input and format their own text.

Hi Anand, you got the point, I changed the type to HTML or Multi-line text but no luck, my objective is to type the text there & make the the fonts bold or other type. I have attached herewith the screenshots.

You need to add the Rich Text field to the form
