Rich text window not showing under "Rich Text Label" type variable in catalog item

Hello experts,

I have created a variable with type "Rich Text Label", which is appearing under "Questions" as just "Rich text", no window available for typing the text.

Any idea or input is greatly appreciated.

That’s expected behavior — the Rich Text Label variable type is only for displaying formatted text (like instructions or headings), not for user input.

If you want users to type rich text, use the Rich Text variable type instead (not “Rich Text Label”). That’ll give you the editor window for typing.

Thank you for your input, it's not for user input, it's for to create a label that's text can be bold using rich text editor. I have attached herewith the screenshots.
