Right Click to Show Field Name Not Working

Hello.  This might be an easy question...

Normally I can right click on any field on a Form and ServiceNow will show me the field name.  The field name appears in a popup menu after the prefix "Show -".  Here is an example:

But I am having trouble with the fields on this "Checklist" tab, the 2nd tab on the "HR Service" form...

When I right click on anything there, I get a different (useless) popup menu that does not show the field name.

Example:

Questions:

1.  What is this Checklist object thing?  Is it a "Formatter"?

2.  How can I, from the form itself, most easily find out the Table name of this kind of an object?

3.  Or how can I find the field name(s) involved, like I can with most fields?  Thank you.

Hi Geoffrey,

If you right-click the main form header and chooseConfigure > Form Design, you'll see that the object in this section is indeed a formatter
