Risk Assessment for a normal Change - Set Component Values - how can I submit the Assessment?

Hello. I am trying to create an ATF for a Normal Change. To be able to change the status from New to Asset, I need to complete the Risk Assessment. I am using the following Test Steps:

-Open a new Change Request Form

-Set Field Values

-Submit a Form

-Click UI action 'Risk Assessment' on 'Change Request' form

-Set Component Values

So the Assessment page is opening, the values for every question are set, but I can not submit the assessment at the end. 

Any help is much apprecieted.

Try Custom UI steps.

Click a Component.

@NicoletaSambo  Could i possibly see your set component values step looks like? I'm trying to get the risk assessment filled out myself and for some reason i cannot get the system to select the values. i had submitted a question and the response was to create a server side script which i would like to try and avoid if possible.

This is what mine is currently
