Risk Response task page is not populating in Risk Workspace

Hello Team,

I have updated the plugins in latest version and after that I was not able to see the risk response task page in Risk workspace.

could you please help me with this issue?

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

1. Update the latest version plugin.

2. In risk assessment record fill the other assessment like residual, control etc. 

3. When we come to the Risk response creation page is not populating for me.

I tried it on my end, and it’s working fine. Please try repairing the plugin once and check again.
