HI team

 

On RITM form we have a UI action button after clicking the button approval is triggering to the requestor manager and the notification is also triggering (notification is on sysapproval table) now the customer wants this notification email should be shown in RITM activity is it possible to do this if possible can anyone suggest me how to do this i have enabled 1.email autogenerated 2  email correspondence in activity filter still not working sharing screen shot for reference

Hi @shabbir9 ,

Emails -autogenerated  and Emails-correspondence are replacement of "Sent/Received Emails" it will not show email activities from approval table

 

1.You may have configure the same approval email on the RITM table (updating approval link, approve, reject button logic, supressing approval email on the sysapproval_approver table for these RIMTs/catalog item)

 

or

 

2)Update a note(worknote/comments) on the RITM with Approval sent details using a BR/flow.
