RITM/Change Request tasks is been created with approver name rather than requestor name

On approval of RITM/change requests the subsequent tasks are getting created with the approver name instead of the actual requestor name . Is there any way for us to set the sys_created_by to either system or requestor name

Hi,

By default, created by field is set to the user who actioned the previous task or approval. It is not possible to set to the requestor, but there is a way to set it to System. 

If you want to set the Created by to System, then you can add a wait activity and wait a few seconds (just 1 or 2 seconds are enough). The workflow will create the task created after wait condition as System.
