RITM is Active even after the completion of workflow.

Hi,

I have a Requested Item with a workflow.  On ordering the item, all the states and stages of workflow activites get completed till the end. But the active field of RITM is still true and not switching to false.

I am unable to understand why the " Set Active Flag " BR is not triggering to change the active state to false. Its an urgent requirement. Can anyone please suggest?

I've been having the same issue and it's really weird because my RITMs from another Catalog Item is working properly (setting the active to false through the BR) but the one I'm currently developing is not. They have the same setup for the workflow so I really don't understand what's wrong. I might just set the active to false on the workflow as a workaround, too.

Hi. I am experiencing this problem after setting the state to Closed Complete (3) in the end steps. Can you explain what you were looking after with this question? Maybe you have the solution to my problem?

I have a similar issue where the RITM is showing active = true even after the workflow ends (the run script toward the end in workflow sets the RITM stage to current.stage = 'complete';. Any inputs on this?

I did what Alfred Ng suggested and activated the "Set active flag after workflows" BR. Solved it for me
