RITM Stage is inconsistent / different when viewing in different list view

Hi,

Would like to seek for an expert advise.

We have an odd situation wherein in RITM table we have the same record but the stages shown are inconsistent.

If we set filters on RITM table; show records with a specific catalog item and state is in Work In Progress, the filter would return a record that shows like this. a record with multiple stages showing and some are already marked completed. But in reality the flow for this record hasn't started yet, no tasks has been completed yet.

However, if you search the record just by RITM number (no other filters). The record would show up correctly; with stages not yet started and no additional stages.

This is how it should appear even on a list with additional filters.

This is same case for the other records too.

Appreciate any feedback Thank you very much!

Hello @j0e matts,

Click on more options (...) of flow and open flow stages, then arrange sequential stages in the flow stages and save.

Hi @Pratiksha_45

Unfortunately this catalog item is still using workflow editor. Can you advise?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Did you check if the Workflow or Flow used has stages set correctly for each activity?

Hello @j0e matts,

1.) Checkout that workflow.

2.) Open flow properties and in stages tab check the workflow stages order.

3.) Give correct order to workflow stages.
