RITM variables getting translated automatically in French language after submitting the catalog item

Hi All,

 

When I am submitting the catalog item, RITM variables with choice fields are getting translated automatically in French language in the notification. This works well on Dev environment but same thing is breaking on QA environment.

 

Please help to resolve this issue.
