Roles for Service Desk Analysts

Greetings Folks

As a new Developer/System Admin to the ServiceNow environment I am wondering which roles I should be using for my Service Desk Analysts? With the huge amount of roles available I fear I'm getting lost in the weeds so to speak.

I started looking through the content available, but wasn't seeing any articles specific to my needs.

I appreciate any suggestions you folks can provide.

Thank you for your reply. Murphy's Law, shortly after asking the question of the community I was going through the Role descriptions in my Instance and found what I was looking for. The itil role. Thank you for that link! I'll keep that as a favourite for future reference.
