Hello guys, what's the difference between the role admin and the role user_admin ?

  1. Role "admin": This role refers to the system administrator or superuser role. Users assigned to the "admin" role have complete control over the ServiceNow instance, including configuration, customization, and access to all modules and data. They can perform tasks such as creating and modifying records, managing users and groups, configuring workflows, and defining access controls.

  2. Role "user_admin": The "user_admin" role, on the other hand, is more focused on user management. Users assigned to this role have the authority to manage other users' accounts and access privileges within the IT asset management system. They can create and update user accounts, assign roles, reset passwords, and handle other related user management tasks. However, unlike the "admin" role, they do not have full control over the entire system's configuration.
