Hi.
Last 2018 December 12, I cloned instance from prod to test
Today we would like to recover KB articles that were in test before the clone.
Is it possible (In clone history record, I don't see the rollback button) ?
If yes I will open a request in HI Service Portal.

Hi,
I believe you should get it as SN maintains backup for last 30 days. You can request for a copy of weekly backup of Test instance. So go for HI
ServiceNow maintains seven daily and three weekly backups on disk. Daily backups are preserved for one week. Weekly backups are preserved for one month. The backup data never leaves the datacenter. Backups include data from the primary and mirrored datacenters of all customers instances, including production and sub-production instances.

You can open a Incident and HI support should be opening a change request for backup restoration. I checked in HI Service catalog but could not find any request forms specific to Backup.
The time would depend on the size of your instance, and mostly it would take time similar to that for cloning.

I open an incident on HI.
HI told me that clones can only be rolled back within 24 hours.
However, it will provision a temporary Instance Copy to make xml I need.
Very good.
