RPA schedule is not running with "Failed to log in to the machine. Validate credentials... " error

Hi,

We have set up the following components for our RPA implementation: Bot Process, Queue, Robot, Robot Credentials, Schedule, and Credential Group. On the Windows VM, we have installed RPA Studio, Unattended Agent, and Login Agent.

When we run the flow directly from RPA Studio, it executes successfully and updates both the Workitem and SCTASK records as expected. The flow uses Computer Vision. However, when we run the same flow from the schedule, it fails with the following error:

"Failed to log in to the machine. Validate credentials and ensure prerequisites are met before retrying."

We are using the same credentials to log in to the VM manually, so we know they are valid. Additionally, the same VM is being used for the MID Server, confirming that connectivity between the VM and ServiceNow is working properly.

The following configurations are already set on the VM:

DPI scaling is deactivated.

Local Security Policy → Interactive Login: Do not require CTRL + ALT + DEL = Enabled

Local Security Policy → Interactive Login: Message title for users attempting to log on = Empty

Local Security Policy → Interactive Login: Message text for users attempting to log on = Empty

Local Group Policy Editor → Do not display the lock screen = Enabled

VM has been rebooted after applying the settings.

Despite these configurations, the issue persists. Could you please advise on the on how to resolve this login failure when the process runs on schedule?
