Running timer in catalog item

Like the same timer in incident form to track the total time worked on it.. 

How to configure the same timer in Ritm

Should I add a duration variable and run a javascript on it? 

Can someone please help me here..

Hi,

The Time worked field exist on the base Task table, and is inherited to all tables, such as Incident and Requested Item.

Just add the field "Time Worked" to the form layout, and give it a try.
