Hi Team ,
I need help here , You could see in the below screenshot that one RITM stage is showing as Fulfillment ( Completed ) and for other stage is Fulfillment ( cancelled ) ,
For both the RITM's workflow is same here . I am unable to figure out what was blockage here . I have attached screenshots for both .
For both RITM's workflow status is showing same , but difference in fulfillment stage ?
Please check below screenshot , I have highlighted in Yellow and red color .
NOTE - there is no SCTASK associated .
How to figure out this issue , can anyone please help me here . what steps need to do . If you need more information i am ready to provide .
