I'm new to SAM pro and 90 percent of our publishers are non-compliant. We need to bring the products and publishers to compliant.Below are my few observations could you please provide a solution to those.
- We have checked and found that the software installation data that is coming from SCCM is not correct. It is showing more in SAM pro and less in SCCM. When we have checked some products installations it is there in SAM pro but not in SCCM so it is showing as unlicensed installs for those products. Kindly help us that if we need to apply any kind of filters while data is coming in ServiceNow.
- We have checked and found that some software products are showing as licensable in SAM pro but in actual they are non- licensable. So is there a way we can make the list of products licensable to non-licensable. Or can do do something so that those products are not shown as non-compliant in the license workbench.
