Save or download User's Response to a Survey as PDF

I am trying to download User's Response to a Survey but I can only view it. Is there any way to download a copy?

If I right click this view there is no way to download and if I try to "save as" - it only saves as Chrome object.

Any advice would is appreciated.

a possible solution is as follows:

 

open the metric record -> select from view, the "Assessment" one -> right click and select "Print" or shortcut CTRL+P on Windows -> save as PDF
