SC Request State.

Hello Developer,

Catalog Task :-  State is "Closed Incomplete"

Request Item : State is "Closed Complete"

So here I want to know If Catalog task is in "closed incomplete" state then after update the request item state is "closed complete" but it should show "closed incomplete" state. 

Please Provide information on this.

This is OOTB and you can the flow defined or Sc_req_item table and in that please check the stages.
