SC Request Visibility on Employee Center Portal ESC

I want visibility of open/closed service requests for users within the Employee Center so that it always shows Requests on the ESC portal. So that even if a user has nothing open, they can still get to the "View All Open/Closed Requests and Incidents".

@Mikyle Khan Please apply the following steps to show requested items in My Request section on the employee service center portal.

 

1. Navigate to My Request Filter menu on the platform.

2. Click on the New button to add a new record on the table.

3. Add the new record with following configuration.

4. Save the changes and verify if the My Request section now shows the Request as well.

Thank you for this, however I need this for the Employee Center. How do I configure this in the Employee Center?
