SCCM Integration - software installation

I have a requirement 

I want to install an application to computers via sccm and the request needs to be triggered via catalog item which will also trigger approvals.

Please let me know if this is possible. I have used SCCM graph connector for collecting data from machines but not sure if this is possible.
