Hi All,
I need to schedule a report in ServiceNow.
Report should be sent to Assignment Group Manager on the first of every month containing all incidents closed within the previous month without a knowledge article attached to the incident in the related list.
Could you please assist.

Hello,
Create report with below conditions.
Go to Scheduled Jobs
Click new and click on the first option
Fill the necessary fields and your report will be scheduled.

How to send this report to incident assignment group's manager? Where do we need to mention it in the scheduled job?

Yes, when you will create the job, there are fields to select the recipients of the report.

But the report should send dynamically to the incident's assignment group's manager. I don't see that field on the scheduled job form. Could you please help.
