Scheduled Email of CMDB Query Builder stopped sending

Hello Community,

 

We have a CMDB Query Builder report, that is scheduled to send every day at a specific time, however this scheduled email mysteriously stopped sending a report about 2 months ago, when I go into the scheduled email and try "Execute Now" nothing happens. Furthermore, the checkbox "Omit if no records" is not checked, so it should still send even though it doesn't have anything to show. 

 

For security reasons I cannot send a screenshot, but I hope you can point me in the right direction as to what may be the culprit here.

The scheduled CMDB Query Builder report might not be sending due to empty results, data model changes, scheduling issues, email configuration problems, or query errors. To troubleshoot, review the query, verify scheduling, inspect email settings, and test with a simplified query.

I have already verified that the query works, when I run the query it returns a list of results just fine, so perhaps this is a change in the system in terms of roles and access rights.

Did you get to the bottom of the issue in the end?
