I have created a scheduled job to create catalog task on 1st of every month but sometimes it is creating duplicate tasks 
do I have to run it as timezone?

Hi @Sourabh22 try with flow designer, also is duplicate task on specific month like when day light saving start or stop or it's random.

duplicates are created for last 5 months

I doubt time zone is issue,  but are these tasks generated on-same time or after some time, 

Also another job running on same day and time?

Check the created by for both tasks.

Scheduled job runs as at 6 am cst at 6:00 task created  and also at 6:01 same task created
