How to disable Scheduled Reports going to InActive Users on a weekly basis?

Hi Vikas,

If the user is inactive how do you see it being sent? Did you check the mail logs?

Hi @VIKAS45 ,

 

I would guess that the users have been added by their mail address and not there ServiceNow user profile in the scheduled report? is that correct? If yes, then please add users to the scheduled report by their profile instead of a hardcoded mail address.
