Hello everyone, I am working on a flow designer flow and I have a delete record action that is supposed to delete a record in the alm_stockroom table, but when it hits that action I get the error "Scope does not have delete access to table alm_stockroom". In the HAM scope I have given application access for HAM application scope to be able to delete from alm_stockroom, but I am still getting this error in the flow designer on my scoped application. Anyone know why this might be?

Hi Munna,
As alm_stockroom is present in Global scope and if you are deleting the record from this table in another scope then you need to create cross scope privileges to give the delete access from source scope to the target scope, Here Target scope will be Global.
Hope it helps!!

Hi Munna,
Check Restricted Caller Acess to see if there is an entry with Invalidated or Requested status? If so, update it to Allowed.
and if it's not available then make a entry.
so the table "alm_stockroom" has Caller Access as "Caller Restriction"
So whenever this table is being read from other scope it would create an entry into Restricted Caller Access table with Status as Requested
Try searching for this table and source scope as your custom scope and mark Status as Allowed
1) Target Table - alm_stockroom
2) Target Type - table
3) Operation Read
4) Status should be set to Allowed
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

In my case (I created a Flow to add/remove an user to a group (by creating/deleting records in the sys_user_grmember)), I got a similar error but for the sys_user_grmember table.
A solution I found to be working was simply to enable `Can Delete` access to all Application scopes on the sys_user_grmember table.
