I've created a new scoped app for our finance team that seems to be working as intended however it's still in UAT.
One problem I can't solve and have been investigating for a while is that a user who has administrative rights to the application through his role (not system administrator) can only add choices to a choice field once clicking 'here' in the below screenshot
I've seen articles about application access and I believe that to be properly configured
As you can see this table extends task however the field in question is specific to the table shown above.
I've also looked at Cross scope access outside of Studio and that looks OK
I would appreciate any assistance, thanks

Hi Angus,
The reason is because they default to the global scope. If you give them delegated developer rights to your application, they can modify this through Studio, or use the Cog menu to display the application picker, change scope first, and then modify the choice list without running in to that message.
