I have created a System definition -> Script Include to evaluate the column value (type = conditions). when the condition satisfies, the script fetches the display value and disabled = true/false. This case needs to be executed/call from the Service Operation Workspace UI. As of now, I tried with the steps, Script Include <- Scripted REST API <- Service Operation Workspace UI Data resource (REST). Somehow it works. But I want different approach that shouldn't use REST API instead to call directly. Any possible approach ?
