Script to validate all the records in a table based on conditions

Hi,

I have a requirement where i have to get each record in the table validated based on conditions. I am not inserting or updating the table. I am just validating. I have to run through all the records in the table. I am in need of a script for that. Kindly help.

Why utilize a script? Why not just a report instead?
