From the List View , click on the three dots> Configure> List Control:

Uncheck "Omit filters" option:

Hi @Aishwarya 

Go to your list layout header, right click on the menu, now Configure > List control

Check "Filter edit" roles, if it has admin, remove it.

Did you ever resole this issue? We experience the same for all users, even admin users.
