Search box works in the approval instance (QA) but does not work in production (PRD).

Hello friends!
I have an incident with a client. The portal's search box stopped working in its main instance, but works normally in

the development and testing/approval instances.

 

In its main instance, I'm basically searching for a catalog item, but it only returns articles (KB) related to the text entered in the search box.

 

In its development/test instance, it returns everything related to the text entered in the search box (including the catalog item).

 

I compared the widgets and they are exactly the same.

Could anyone give me direction to continue the investigation?
