Search Log Service Portal

Hi everyone,

I was wondering it were possible to log what users are searching within Service Portal? Say user has searched for a catalog item, log/save in a table and run a report off it? Has anybody run across such requirement? Thanks in advance!

Navigate to

Service Portal > Usage Overview

In the dashboard there is report called Service Portal Search Terms
