section missing

I am having an issue with a form that is missing a section.

here is what it is supposed to look like

and here is what is currently being displayed.

i see them listed on the form layout section but nothing is displaying.

please help.

I went ahead and recreated it but it is still not displaying.

Turns out that there were some deleted records that were affiliated with these displayed settings.   I had to restore those deleted records to get the display back.
