sections not showing after update set

Morning all,
I have made some amendments to our service request form, adding some sections and fields. I have saved this in an update set and moved to UAT. the update set previewed fine and committed fine however I have lost the main section of my form, only the tabs show. I have checked the sections against those in UAT and they match.
Any thoughts as to what has caused this and how to reverse it?

Hi Steve,
I have been burnt by this many times before i figured out what wrong i used to do.
"Whenever you have to make any change in the form layout, make sure you capture all the sections on the form and not just the one you have to modify."
So make the valid change in the section that you have to edit, and just edit anything in the other sections and save, now re edit the other sections and rollback to the original and save again. By Doing this you will capture all the sections.
In the current scenario, back out you update set from UAT, and recapture from DEV the items as I have explained and then move it to UAT.
