Security Center - strange behaviour after yokohama patch 4 upgrade

Hello i hope you can help me.
After we upgraded from yokohama patch 3 to 4 (on 21.6.) security center is creating security tasks for "new customer action" when a customer action is active=true. But the system sets it every night , after its on active again a task ism created. i cant find a solution for this.

Try repairing the plugin, and if it still doesn't work, please log a support case with ServiceNow.
