Hello ServiceNow Community,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing a challenge in creating a report or filter within ServiceNow, and I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experience or insights on this matter.

I am looking to generate a report or filter that specifically captures the latest version of knowledge articles, even if they are currently unpublished. The goal is to have visibility into the most recent content revisions, even if they are not currently live.

 

If anyone has successfully implemented a similar solution or has suggestions on how to approach this, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping me overcome this hurdle.
