We're evaluating alternatives to Twilio for outbound SMS notifications from ServiceNow.
For organizations using ServiceNow notifications, what CPaaS provider are you using today? If you've migrated away from Twilio, what drove that decision, and how has your experience been with SMS deliverability, carrier compliance, and overall cost?
We're especially interested in hearing about experiences with providers such as Bandwidth, Sinch, Vonage, Infobip, or ServiceNow's native SMS capabilities.
