Select Box Conditional DropDown

Hi Team,

Good Morning !

I have a select Box with around 10 Choices.

For some Choices i need to configure Conditional Dropdown.

Example :If the Select Box name is 'X'

• Choice of 'X' selectBox
• Conditional drop down: Waiting,Approved,Rejected

If the user selects the choice having conditional dropdown then after selection another 3 choices should appear for selection as shown in above example.

How can i achieve this?

Could you please help me to archive this
 - Create ' Laptop Request' Service Catalog Item 
 - Below are the variables
             - Laptop Manufacturer -> Select Box with ' Dell, HP, Apple, Lenovo, Acus' list of values.
             - If 'Dell' is selected then display below
                           Model Types - Select box with values  - Dell XPS, Dell Latitude 
             - If 'Apple' is selected then display below values 
                         Model Types - Select box with values - Apple macbook, Apple macbook pro, Apple mackbookair
             - If ' Lenovo' selected then display below values
                            Model Types - Select box with values - Lenovo1, Lenovo2
