Selecting the Run as user when creating a scheduled report

I'm working on a domain-separated instance, and when it comes to creating a scheduled report, you need to specify the Run as user. After reading the documentation, I understood that domain access and report_view ACLs are applied when generating the reports, but I want to know if it's a good idea to choose one user with the admin role for all the scheduled reports or if it's better to create multiple users with the required roles for specific reports.
