Self Service Portal - Examples

Does ServiceNow provide any sort of sandbox for self service portal? I am looking for examples of basic functionality.

I have one more question if you don't mind. I am trying to update the form on "create incident". All that is listed is Urgency and Please describe your issue below however I cannot find that page anywhere under Self Service. I found sc_cat_item, and request but cannot find the create incident. any suggestions?

Generally, I would figure it out on my own but I have restraints that require this done sooner than later.
