Hi,

In SSP (self service portal), where do I remove this option: "Showing 9 items". I want all items displayed all the time.

Thanks!

Hello @elenaka

OOTB the category page in portal shows 9 catalog items by default. and if there are more items, then it shows the button.

If you want to remove that button and show all the items at a time, you can increase the limit from 9 to higher number. To update the limit, open the category page in portal, press and hold Control key(keyboard) and right click on any of item listed and then select instance options in the popup.

Then update the "Number of items per page" attribute to higher value on the instance options form as below and click save:

Note: increasing this number may cause slow loading of the page based on available catalog items.

Thanks

Ali
