Send 50% and 75% SLA notifications

Hi All,

 

I am using default SLA workflow for incident. I would like to send notifications at 50% and 75%.

I have noticed that in default SLA workflow, for both 50% and 75%, the trigger is task.sla.warning. so both the notifications are triggering for me 50% and 75%. What should be my condition in notification for diffrentiating 50% and 75%.

 

 

Please help.

My Clients don't receive any notification when SLA reaches a particular threshold. I can see my configuration is the same as described above (see the screenshot). Is there any place where I can activate that? We had many requests about sending a notification when SLA is almost breached and my Manager always said that we can't do that. Maybe some internal configuration beyond that?
